What is Art?  Who defines it? What makes one piece an Art - and another not? What is good taste in Art?

My journey started in Architecture, conventional and classical studies, which led me to the place where I am today - emotions, and feelings shaped on a piece of paper. My experience taught me that when you look at the piece and it provokes feelings in you that weren't there before, then you can be sure - you have a piece of Art in front of you.
